If you are interested in buying a home represented by Changing Streets we can NOT represent you, we represent the best interest of the seller. We  will always treat you with honesty, respect and disclosure, but we are not your agent, we are the sellers agent.

What does this mean? Honesty is as straight forward as it sounds we will always be honest. Disclosure is required by law, we must disclose and known latent or obvious defects known to us. These will be on the uniform residential property disclosure on each listing. We also encourage all of our sellers to get an inspection prior to listing to the public. All of the information we have regarding the home is located on the homes specific website for your review.

We will as the sellers agent prepare a purchase agreement and coordinate with your lender, inspector, appraiser for a one time fee of $1,500.00 paid at closing.

Interested in Buyer Representation on a Home Listed by another Firm?

If you have selected or are interested in a home listed by another firm, Changing Streets can represent you and your best interests.

We can arrange showings (7 included in price, each additional showing is $100.00) with a showing agent.

Set up MLS Search.

We will do market analysis on home, give offer advice, set inspections, work with your lender or refer one to you based on your needs.

​

We require you have a home inspection and survey, we believe in these so much we charge a rate much lower than other firms so these are not a burden financially.

Our price for these services are 1% with a $5,000.00* minimum, a buyer agency contract is required and a $500.00 retainer (credited to your account at closing) is due at that time.

This is a perfect program for buyers knowing the area and where they want to be, find their own homes but desire an experienced agent to offer negotiating solutions, price advice or deal structure.

*If a seller is offering a larger compensation than our fee, it will be credited to you either in closing costs or sales price. The fee may be, in certain circumstances paid by the seller or negotiated into the deal.
